Jose Mena serves as Chief Innovation and Technology Officer at LSI, bringing more than two decades of executive leadership in federal IT transformation, infrastructure modernization, and service delivery excellence. He has overseen enterprise IT operations for over 22,500 users across 250+ locations and led the successful integration of more than 20 federal IT contracts into streamlined shared service environments.
Known for his strategic insight and hands-on leadership, Jose has driven major modernization initiatives at agencies such as the National Archives, Department of Transportation, and Securities and Exchange Commission. At LSI, he champions innovation and continuous improvement, developing scalable IT solutions and mentoring teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes. Jose is a PMP-certified executive and a U.S. Air Force Academy graduate with extensive experience in cloud integration, Zero Trust Architecture, and enterprise service management. His leadership strengthens LSI’s ability to deliver mission-focused technology solutions across the federal landscape.
