He oversees corporate operations including finance, contracts, HR, recruiting, and client engagement, supporting enterprise-wide performance and growth. With experience managing portfolios exceeding $500 million, Matt has served in key roles such as President, CFO, CAO, COO, and CDO across the management consulting and IT services sectors.
Known for his financial expertise, M&A leadership, and process optimization using Lean Six Sigma, ISO, and CMMI frameworks, Matt is also skilled in price-to-win strategy, revenue growth, and risk management. He holds a Top-Secret clearance and is a trusted advisor to clients and partners. Matt earned a BA in Government from Hamilton College and dual MBA/MIM degrees from Arizona State University’s Thunderbird School of Global Management.
