Melisa Hartigan is Special Operations Account Manager at LSI, where she leads global IT service delivery and operations in support of national security and intelligence missions. With more than 25 years of program management experience, she has directed complex, multi-theater engagements for clients such as USSOCOM, INSCOM, EUCOM, and AFRICOM, overseeing geographically dispersed teams and mission-critical systems.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and U.S. Army veteran with a Top Secret/SCI clearance, Melisa brings operational rigor and strategic vision to all phases of program execution—from workforce readiness to SLA performance and technology integration. Her background includes senior leadership roles at top government systems integrators, as well as over two decades of active-duty military experience. Melisa holds an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Psychology from Fayetteville State University.
