Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI) is pleased to welcome Dr. Meg Carlile to the team supporting the U.S. Army University Learning Management System (LMS) contract. Dr. Carlile brings more than 15 years of experience in curriculum development, instructional design, digital learning, and educator support across K-12 and higher education environments.
As LSI continues delivering learning technology and instructional support services to Army University, Dr. Carlile’s expertise strengthens the team’s ability to develop engaging, standards-based learning experiences while supporting faculty and learners through modern learning management platforms. Her experience spans course design, curriculum alignment, content organization, implementation, user support, and online instruction using learning management systems including Blackboard, Canvas, and Halo.
Dr. Carlile currently serves as an Adjunct Instructor at Grand Canyon University, where she teaches graduate-level literacy courses in an online environment, providing valuable perspective as both an educator and end user of learning technologies. She also has extensive experience leading instructional initiatives, collaborating with distributed teams, and supporting continuous improvement in digital learning environments.
She earned her Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Kansas and holds professional endorsements in Reading, English as a Second Language (ESL), Special Education, Early Childhood Education, and Library Media.
