Steve C. Pak

Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI

Steve C. Pak serves as Vice President, Enterprise Data & AI at Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI), where he leads enterprise data strategy and oversees the architecture, modernization, and secure integration of advanced technologies across federal mission environments. He is responsible for strengthening LSI’s enterprise technology foundation to ensure scalability, resilience, and mission-ready performance. 

With more than 15 years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and Department of Health and Human Services, Steve has led modernization efforts spanning more than 50 federal systems. His work focuses on aligning enterprise architecture, cloud transformation, data platforms, and cybersecurity requirements to deliver measurable operational outcomes within complex, regulated environments. 

Steve’s expertise spans enterprise architecture, cloud-native infrastructure, analytics ecosystems, and governance within RMF-governed and NIST-aligned frameworks. He operates at the intersection of technical strategy and disciplined execution, ensuring technology investments are aligned to mission priorities, risk management, and long-term organizational value. As a steward of LSI’s enterprise technology capabilities, he partners across delivery, capture, and executive leadership to translate emerging technologies into secure, scalable solutions that adapt quickly to evolving customer needs. 

Steve earned a Master of Science in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor of Science from George Mason University. A graduate of Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, he is a lifelong Northern Virginian and resides in Fairfax with his wife, three children, and their golden retriever, Eggy.
