Alexandria, Virginia – May 30, 2026 – Logistics Systems Incorporated (LSI), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) providing enterprise IT, cybersecurity, logistics, and digital transformation solutions to Federal agencies, announced today that it has achieved Final Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 status. The certification confirms that LSI’s assessed information system meets the Department of Defense (DoD) CMMC Level 2 requirements and conforms to the security controls established in NIST Special Publication 800-171 Revision 2. The certification is valid through May 29, 2029.

The certification was awarded following an independent assessment conducted by PKF O’Connor Davies, an authorized CMMC Third-Party Assessment Organization (C3PAO), validating LSI’s implementation of the security controls, policies, and processes required to protect Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI).

Achieving Final CMMC Level 2 certification represents a significant milestone in LSI’s commitment to cybersecurity, operational excellence, and the protection of sensitive government information. As cybersecurity requirements continue to evolve across the Defense Industrial Base, the certification demonstrates LSI’s ability to securely manage and protect Controlled Unclassified Information while supporting critical national security missions. The achievement also positions LSI to support current and future Department of Defense programs requiring certified cybersecurity capabilities and the secure handling of sensitive information.

“Our CMMC Level 2 certification represents an important milestone in LSI’s continued commitment to our customers, our employees, and the national security missions we support,” said Lawrence Wilkerson, Chief Executive Officer of Logistics Systems Incorporated. “This achievement reflects years of investment in cybersecurity, operational excellence, and secure digital capabilities that enable us to protect sensitive information and deliver trusted solutions to our government customers. As cybersecurity requirements continue to evolve across the Federal landscape, this certification reinforces LSI’s readiness to support current and future mission requirements with confidence, integrity, and excellence.”

“LSI’s CMMC Level 2 certification reflects years of strategic investment in cybersecurity, governance, and operational maturity across our organization,” said Matt Collins, Chief Operating Officer of Logistics Systems Incorporated. “Our customers trust us to support mission-critical operations and safeguard sensitive information. This certification validates the strength of our cybersecurity program and demonstrates our commitment to delivering secure, resilient, and compliant solutions that enable mission success.”

LSI joins a select group of organizations that have successfully completed the Department of Defense’s rigorous third-party certification process. The certification provides customers with additional assurance that LSI maintains the mature cybersecurity capabilities, secure infrastructure, disciplined processes, and culture of continuous improvement necessary to protect sensitive information and support complex mission requirements.

For more than 23 years, LSI has delivered mission-focused solutions supporting defense and civilian agencies across the Federal Government. The company’s capabilities include enterprise IT operations, cybersecurity, cloud modernization, systems engineering, software development, data analytics, logistics management, and program management.

The achievement of Final CMMC Level 2 certification further strengthens LSI’s position as a trusted partner to the Department of Defense and Federal agencies across the government, enhancing the company’s ability to support programs requiring the protection of Controlled Unclassified Information while advancing secure digital transformation, operational resilience, and mission readiness.
