Prior to focusing on business development leadership, Bradley directed large-scale IT service programs supporting enterprise-wide user communities across geographically dispersed environments. He led cross-functional teams responsible for operational performance, workforce management, risk mitigation, and service-level accountability—consistently maintaining high standards of compliance, customer satisfaction, and mission continuity.
His background also includes leadership experience in software engineering and collaboration platform modernization within defense-related environments. This blend of operational depth and technical foundation provides Bradley with a practical, ground-level understanding of how to design, scale, and sustain high-performing service organizations.
Bradley holds a Bachelor of Arts from Salisbury State University, is PMP trained, and brings extensive experience operating within ITIL-based service delivery frameworks. He currently holds an active SECRET clearance.
