Bradley Cover serves as Business Development Leader at LSI, where he helps drive enterprise growth strategy, capture execution, and competitive positioning across federal IT markets. With more than 25 years of experience spanning operations leadership, enterprise-wide IT service management, and mission-focused technology delivery, Bradley brings a disciplined, execution-oriented approach to expanding organizational impact.

In his current role, Bradley aligns go-to-market strategy with operational insight to strengthen pursuit rigor, improve win positioning, and accelerate growth outcomes. He champions the responsible integration of AI-enabled analytics and automation into capture planning, pipeline forecasting, and proposal development—enabling data-informed decisions, sharper differentiation, and smarter competition in increasingly complex federal environments.

Prior to focusing on business development leadership, Bradley directed large-scale IT service programs supporting enterprise-wide user communities across geographically dispersed environments. He led cross-functional teams responsible for operational performance, workforce management, risk mitigation, and service-level accountability—consistently maintaining high standards of compliance, customer satisfaction, and mission continuity.

His background also includes leadership experience in software engineering and collaboration platform modernization within defense-related environments. This blend of operational depth and technical foundation provides Bradley with a practical, ground-level understanding of how to design, scale, and sustain high-performing service organizations.

Bradley holds a Bachelor of Arts from Salisbury State University, is PMP trained, and brings extensive experience operating within ITIL-based service delivery frameworks. He currently holds an active SECRET clearance.
