Zopelis brings 29 years of leadership experience supporting national defense missions, including 20 years as a U.S. Army Officer and senior business development leadership across major federal contract vehicles. His career spans operational command, strategic planning, and complex federal capture management.

Following his military service, Zopelis led the pursuit and capture of complex IDIQs, GWACs, and prime contracts supporting mission engineering, cybersecurity, IT modernization, and logistics portfolios. He is recognized for building structured capture frameworks, strengthening teaming strategies, and aligning growth initiatives directly to customer mission priorities.
