Army Enhanced Army Global Logistics Enterprise (EAGLE)

The Army developed the EAGLE program 1) to achieve Army Directorate of Logistics (DOL) Realignment, 2) to align with its emphasis on efficiency and oversight in Government contracts, e.g. standardized Statements of Work, and assessment criteria, where possible, and because it 3) supports Army Enterprise transition.

The Army Sustainment Command (ASC), Rock Island, IL, in conjunction with the Army Installation Management Command (IMCOM) and other Army Commands, led this comprehensive acquisition to fulfill the Army's future logistics requirements to obtain contract services to support global missions that ensure success of the Army imperatives to sustain the Army’s soldiers, families and civilians, to prepare forces for victory in current conflicts, to reset forces to rebuild readiness for future deployments and contingencies, and to transform forces to meet the demands of a persistent conflict in the 21st Century. Contract services are contemplated for both CONUS and OCONUS operating environments. Customers for this contract may include all Department of Defense, US Government Agencies, Coalition partners, and foreign governments. The RICC of the ACC currently provides cradle to grave contracting support for ASC requirements and is issuing this notification on their behalf. In addition, the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) is supporting the contracting efforts of this acquisition.

REQUIREMENTS:
The EAGLE program is divided into the following 3 Functional Areas (Supply, Maintenance, Transportation). The sub-function areas noted below are provided as examples and may not be all inclusive.
