Lawrence Wilkerson

Lawrence Wilkerson | President and CEO

Lawrence Wilkerson has led LSI since 2002 when he established the company. Mr. Wilkerson is a retired Army Officer, with over 30 years experience in logistics support, planning, and business process re-engineering. He also commanded the U.S. Support Battalion in Sinai, Egypt, and served as Chief of the National Operations Center for the implementation of the Army Single Stock Fund software enterprise integration systems. Mr. Wilkerson earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University, and holds a graduate degree from the Florida Institute of Technology in Logistics Management. He has also completed numerous courses, including those at the Command and General Staff College and the Logistics Executive Development Course.

Patrick Callis leads LSI operations with a commitment to quality and excellence proven through his extensive experience with clients across the US Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and other federal organizations. He has served in leadership positions at all levels of the federal services industry – from leading large engineering teams for enterprise information systems to overseeing all aspects of small to mid-sized federal services contractors. Mr. Callis is an evangelist for process improvement, having led successful process initiatives for systems and software engineering, financial management and reporting, business development and capture, proposal development, and more. Mr. Callis holds a B.S. degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Henry Jennings

Henry Jennings has more than 30 years of business development and organization leadership experience in the federal and commercial professional services and high technology arenas, having served in both business development and operations leadership positions throughout his career. He is responsible for the leadership of all aspects of LSI's business development and marketing programs, including capture management, proposal development, and strategic partnering. Mr. Jennings is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he received his B.A. and M.B.A. degrees. He served afloat in the U.S. Navy and is a retired Naval Reserve Supply Corps officer.

Ron Robinson

Ron Robinson brings to LSI more than 30 years of combined civilian and military experience in field, operational, and strategic logistics.  A retired Army Colonel, the bulk of Ron’s experience in developing responsive integrated logistics solutions was honed over an Army career that spanned 27 years.  Highlights, represented by titles within his rich assignment history, include: Acting Director of Sustainment, Army G-4; Chief, Supply Policy Division, Army G-4; Chief of Staff, 19th Theater Support Command; G3, 19th Theater Support Command; Commander 25th Forward Support Battalion, 25th Infantry Division (Light/Stryker); Personnel Systems Staff Officer (PERSSO) and CSS Branch Chief, Army G-1; Logistics Representative, Army Quadrennial Defense Review TF, Office of the Chief of Staff, Army; Plans and Current Operations Officer, Army G-4; Lead (Logistics) Combat Trainer/Observer Controller, National Training Center.  Ron received his undergraduate degree from Virginia State University and holds Masters degrees in Public Administration and Strategic Military Studies.

Kevin Schmitt

Kevin Schmitt has 20+ years of experience in Department of Defense, Homeland Security and commercial related operations, acquisition, technology, and strategic planning projects. A former Naval Supply Corps Officer, he has held operational and management positions at multiple government contracting organizations with expertise in performance management, information technology, strategic planning, acquisition and logistics. His efforts have helped Federal leaders to define, formulate, and implement change initiatives at the division and department level. He received his B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Jane A Green | Sr. Director of Contracts and Administration

Jane Green has more than 30 years of progressive experience in acquisition support, procurement, contract and subcontract administration, and program management for various Federal contracting firms, universities, and for the Federal Government in civil service.  As LSi’s Senior Director of Contracts and Administration, she is the primary point of contact for all contractual matters and provides oversight of corporate administration.   She has worked extensively with senior level management and government officials and is experienced with “cradle to grave” federal contracting practices in support of professional services.  She brings a wealth of knowledge regarding FAR/DFARS regulations, DCMA and DCAA compliance, MAS/MAC/GWAC preparation and management, Joint Venture Operation, and business process improvement.  She received her B.A. degree from the University of California in Los Angeles (UCLA).

Marilyn Phifer

Marilyn Phifer | Director of Human Resources

Marilyn Phifer has more than 20 years of human resource management experience in the government contracting and commercial sectors.  She is responsible for all aspects of human resources management for LSI’s growing employee population.  She has developed skills in all areas of human resource management, to include recruiting, employee relations, benefits, workers compensation, EEO compliance, performance management, SCA administration, regulatory compliance, policies and procedures, and training.  She is particularly skilled in applying technology to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of HR department operations.  Her previous employers include DRS Technologies, QinetiQ North America, EG&G/Lear Siegler Services, and Lockheed Martin Corporation. Ms. Phifer has a BBA degree in Business Administration and an MBA degree in Executive Management.  She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Peter Jacobs

Peter Jacobs | Controller

Peter Jacobs has more than 25 years’ experience in managing accounting and financial operations for Federal and commercial contracts.  He has extensive experience in preparing financial reports, and in managing tax compliance, annual financial audits, and DCAA audits.  He brings a wealth of knowledge in accounting policies, procedures for budgeting payroll, human resources functions, as well as extensive experience with Deltek accounting and program management software.  As LSI’s Controller, he is responsible for directing all LSI accounting and financial reporting functions.  Peter received his CPA certification in 1992, and he holds an MBA in Finance and Investments, and a Master in Accountancy from The George Washington University.
